If I could give 10 stars I would. I had been searching for a place to help me with my husband's wedding band. I knew what I wanted wasn't easy, but he deserved it being an amazing man and firefighter! I finally stumbled upon Titanium-Buzz. I wasn't put on hold, they helped me immediately. They worked with me and sent me pictures of options I could choose from. It was custom made, yet they still kept their price for the original cost of the ring and engraved it for free. My husband LOVES his ring! Unfortunately, it was a little too tight. I was so worried it would mess up the ring if we had to resize it and cost a lot. I called and they were so helpful AGAIN! They said to send it in and they'll fix it for FREE! all I had to do was pay the Shipping fee. It is so difficult to find such incredible customer service these days and, on top of that, incredible products as well. Thank you so much for giving my husband what he deserves! I've put a picture of what they did for him in case anyone else likes this idea! Camo and the red ring around for the FF symbol.
Great prices, great products, great customer service. It's been 3 years since we got married and got my husbands ring but I still remember what a great experience this was. My husband has a completely unique ring that fits his personality perfectly. We were able to change the ring we wanted to a more custom design without being charged extra, and to top it all off it only took a week to arrive from the time it was ordered. This is a great company.
We purchased my husbands ring from Titanium buzz in August 2016. He liked the look of a black ring and with his job as a personal trainer, wanted a ring that wouldn't show scratches and was comfortable to wear. April helped us decide on a carbon fiber ring and my husband loves it! It is very lightweight and although the material and color is unique, it still has a classic style to it. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend Titanium Buzz to anyone in the market for a wedding band!
There was a defect on the ring I got ahold of customer service there replaced the ring asap and expedited shipping because our wedding is in a week. Very quick to respond and willingness to make things right was awesome! Definitely will order from again.
Love this place! Such a cool atmosphere and the range of products are from cool to cool! Got my wedding ring there and love it. Very different from what I've seen elsewhere. I was in the other day and got some beard butter. Makes my mustache and goatee look amazing! And smells great. I told Kevin he needs to find me some magic beard growth tonic though. I'm not quite man enough to grow a rich full beard. But I'm only 40 maybe there's still time for it to come in.
